Primorsky Universal Loading Complex LLC is the first Russian deep-water port complex in the Baltic basin. The port with zero emissions and no negative impact on the environment. The project that will become an example of the integrated development of the adjacent territory within the framework of the growing Baltic agglomeration.
The new player in the Baltic Sea will strengthen Russia's participation in the creation and development of international transport corridors in order to pivot rerouting cargo flows from European ports. At zenith of its capacity, Primorsky ULC plans to reach a cargo turnover of 65 million tons per year, which will account for about 20% of the total cargo turnover of Russian ports in the Baltic basin.
